As a requirement of OFWAT (the regulator for water and sewage companies), all water companies are hosting 'Your Water Your Say' sessions across England and Wales during November.
The sessions will focus on questions raised by participants - questions could cover the service the company provides, its impact on the environment, what will happen to your water bill or whatever other topics are important to customers.
The sessions are on-line, and you can now register your interest in attending the meetings for any company.
The dates for our local companies are :
Severn Trent Water - Tuesday 21st November, 6pm
Anglian Water - Tuesday 28th November, 6pm
