So, if you like the idea of Growing Your Own, but don't have the space/time/skills to do it at home, why not think about getting involved in a Community Garden.
You will be able to go along to a session led by an expert, where you will meet other people, get some gentle exercise in the fresh air, learn skills you can use at home, and, best of all, get to harvest fresh produce throughout the summer and autumn.
