Leicestershire County Council (LCC) have published a proposed Net Zero Strategy and Action Plan, and would like to hear what residents of the county think.
The Net Zero Strategy and Action Plan sets out the approach to delivering the Council’s ambitions to achieve net zero carbon emissions in Leicestershire by 2045 or before.
A 12-week public consultation is taking place from 4 May to 26 July 2022, seeking views about the council’s plans to tackle climate change. Feedback from the consultation will be incorporated into the final version.
