Welland  Neighbourhood Forum is a statutory forum as one of 5 helping our  residents and businesses in Market Harborough. These have been created  by Harborough Town Hub with HDC advice and support. We report to our  community not HDC. The Neighbourhood Forums have working groups focusing  on problems identified by your community and creating a detailed  Neighbourhood Plan.
