Harborough Community Energy has been set up to enable people from the Market Harborough area to join a growing movement of people and community groups that are working towards a greener future by being part of community energy projects
At our first meeting on March 27th we identified 3 projects that we plan to take forward in the coming months:
- Set up a team of Energy Champions
- Identify 2 or 3 community buildings that could benefit from a Solar PV Community Energy Share Offer
- Hold a Greener Homes event during Harborough Big Green Week
We will be sharing more information about each of these projects in the next few days, but in the meantime, here is a document setting out more information about how Harborough Community Energy will work.
