A colour themed walk is a fun way to boost how much you recognise the nature around you.
I walked along Alvington Way and snapped a photo of each purple flower that I spotted... not bad for a 700m photo walk!
Perhaps you could challenge yourself to walk the rainbow - seven walks for the seven colours, or go for a walk and not come home until you have found each colour of the rainbow? Add your images on Instagram with #mindfulcolourwalk and you may feature on the local Mindful Colour Walk page.
