It's great to hear that what was the Market Harborough Environment Group has now relaunched itself as HarP - Harborough Pickers.
They will be holding their first 'grot spot' pick on Sunday March 20th, starting at 10.30am. The area to be covered is at the end of Northampton Road, from Protheroes Garage on one side, and the allotments at the corner of Lathskill St on the other, up to the roundabout at the Leisure Centre.
Pickers are asked to meet by the cemetery gates at 10.30. Please bring your own hi-viz jacket, gloves, hoops and pickers. HarP will provide rubbish bags. Car parking is possible in the Leisure Centre's overflow carpark, in the corner of the Two Shires Medical Centre car park.
